Im so bad about keeping a mileage log for taxes and this has finally helped me commit to it effectively. Very easy to use. Only downside is I often work in multi story buildings which creates a lot of false trips that are .1miles. Supposed to be fixed soon. This app is nearly perfect.

Big timesaver and no more remembering to log miles or turn on tracking since I use the auto-track feature. Saps battery somewhat, but what GPS doesnt? Tons of value-add. Really like the reporting flexibility and ease of classifying Bus, Personal, Charitable. Nice options to download in a variety of editable formats. I track all trips and use Excel & delete those not reimbursable. Best-cost among competitors!

I have a small business and I travel hundreds of miles a week. I tried other apps but this is the best user friendly, straight forward mileage app I know of! If you need to keep records for taxes then you really cant beat it!

Best one I found by far to automatically track mileage and let you categorize with custom names. Awesome!

The yearly charge is worth it. The interface takes a little getting used to but its better then paying monthly. Very happy with the app.

I love this app! What a huge time saver. I quit recording my mileage years ago because it just got to be such a hassle sitting in the car before and after each trip and writing down the mileage and the trip description. And sometimes I’d just forget to do it, or be in too much of a rush. Not to mention having to make a report for my taxman from that little notebook. So old school I just quit doing it. Now TrackMyDrive makes it so easy. The only thing I have to do is go over my trips at the end of the day. Swipe to the left if it’s personal and it goes into the trash. Don’t need it. But if it’s a business trip, I type in the name of the trip and swipe to the right to save it. The mileage is all tracked via GPS and automatically saves that information for every trip. I don’t need to worry about the numbers. What a huge time saver! And not to mention a money saver. I’ll be getting a tax deduction I’ve been missing out of for years, and for only $8.99. What a bargain!

At first I liked it, despite a few glitches with swiping and having to re-open the app. Now, its worthless. It seems to think every stoplight is "trip end" so Im left having to categorize 5-10 "trips" just for one trip. Beyond that, I just went in to categorize, and its just now showing more data from Saturday. App says it should appear 5 minutes after stopping...not five days. I liked categorizing at the end of each day to help me remember (since map cant be zoomed, old data can be hard, especially when its a block or two at a time instead of a full trip). I have a business trip made yesterday I wanted to log, but its still not showing up. Stupidly, I trusted this app and didnt record the mileage. Its more work later on, but Im going back to logging odometer readings and doing the math...I cant trust this app.

Have only used this a few days, but so far is working out great.

Great app for keeping track of business mileage. What I like most is the intergration with their website. You can enter and edit mileage on their website. Have not tested the auto tracking, but I prefer to manually enter my mileage using the app or the website. Reports are great for giving to my tax accountant.

After using this app successfully for almost a year to record business mileage it suddenly stopped working. It will no longer record on the fly however it will let you manually input the miles. But that defeats the reason for using it...

After 2 months its working perfectly for me. I like the simplicity of the app.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It helps me track my mileage for consulting. Easy to use and the monthly and yearly reports are exactly what I need. An added benefit is you can manage your mileage from the app or web portal.

Saves tons of $ at tax time for 1099 employees!

Im a self-employed rehab consultant servicing clientele throughout MD, VA, DC, and Southern PA. Covering that much territory requires constant mileage record keeping. This app takes a hassle out of doing that constantly. Also, my CPA & tax attorney think its good for me too -- makes their work easier. Used it free for several months & then just tonite had absolutely no hesitation paying the yearly subscription, $8.99. Perhaps a future update will include the ability to record misc travel expenses....tolls, parking, transit fees, etc.

I use this app to track delivery mileage for my business. Of the ones available, I liked it best for its simplicity - it does exactly what it says on the box.. except that every now and then, rather than just opening and showing miles tracked, a second window opens asking if I want to save an ongoing trip. Ive lost a few trips because I wasnt sure whether to save or start over or exactly what the language used in the request meant in terms of saving/starting etc. Other than that, Im happy with it.
